I have worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years and Darrell was phenomenal. The photos were professionally done. He waited for day with good whether to take the exterior photos. He did an excellent job advertising the property and in the negotiation process. Even though the house was only 250 K he treated it like it was $1 million listing. I live 2 hours away and the inspector could not inspect the crawl space because of a padlock. We only had a couple of days left on DD period. He went out to the store-bought a pair of bolt cutters and (after permission) cut the lock.
